Marta Pluda

mezzo-soprano

Marta Pluda was born in Desenzano del Garda, Italy.

She studies classical and modern dance since the age of 5 and, from the age of 6 she joined the chorus of white voices of her city. To the school studies, she flanks the study of singing and piano under the guidance of her mother Donatella Gallerini. 

In 2015, she was a finalist at the «Salice d’Oro» opera competition in Salice Terme and at the Salvatore Licitra opera competition. In the same year, she took part in the master class of Maestro Giulio Zappa at the Teatro dell’Opera de Tenerife where she performed in concert. 

Since November 2016 she joined the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Academy. In June 2018 she won the Toti dal Monte opera competition as Cherubino for «The Marriage of Figaro» by W. A. ​​Mozart.

In the summer of 2019, she attended the Academy of Belcanto R. Celletti in Martina Franca, performing at the Valle d'Itria Festival in «Coscoletto» and in «Robinson Crusoe» by J. Offenbach.

Among the roles played it is worth mentioning the main role in

«La Cenerentola» and Rosina  in «Il barbiere di Siviglia» by G. Rossini.
